Journey Hospice is a small, community based, privately owned hospice agency servicing Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland Counties. As a private agency we are able to customize patient care plans and offer comprehensive family/caregiver support. When it comes to end of life care, we believe that our small, private, community based approach really allows us to provide a more personal touch.
Cape Atlantic Coalition for Health is a regional chronic disease prevention coalition funded by the New Jersey Department of Health, Office of Cancer Control and Prevention. Our purpose is to reduce the state's cancer burden and improve health outcomes for people with, or at risk for, cancer and other chronic diseases in Atlantic and Cape may counties.
