  • Eat a Plant-Based Diet
  • Maintain a Healthy Weight
  • Be Physically Active
  • Limit Alcohol
  • Practice Safe Sex and Avoid Risky Behaviors
  • Get Vaccinated for HPV and Hepatitis B
  • Know your Family Medical History
  • Get Screened
